• The Buy American Act, 41 U.S.C. §§ 8301-8305
•  FHWA Buy America requirements, 23 U.S.C. § 313 and regulatory provisions, 23 CFR 635.410
•  FTA Buy America requirements, 49 U.S.C. § 5323(j)
•  The Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA), Title IX of Division G of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Pub. L. No. 117-58, and the applicable regulations of 49 C.F.R. part 661 and 23 CFR 635.410

Should you need written certifications of such compliance, Valmont must have information pertinent to the certification requested. This includes:
•  The federal funding source or applicable regulation
•  The Contract or Project Name/Reference
•  Project Number
•  PO Number

This information must be provided at the quote stage to guarantee accurate certifications.Once the information has been submitted and confirmed, a certification of compliance substantially similar to that found on the next page will be issued.
