Canada, the WEST COAST ENGINEERING GROUP, founded in 1977,
is the industry leader in steel and aluminum pole manufacturing.
WCE Group is also an international leader in the development
of pole manufacturing equipment. Many years of active research
and development have resulted in unique, efficient equipment
and technology. This sharpens our competitive edge and allows
for rapid growth. The Group has grown from a small operation to
an internationally recognized manufacturer of poles and
pole plant equipment. WCE Group has sold turnkey pole plants
to companies in Indonesia, Malaysia and China and is continually
expanding into new markets by exporting poles from our international
joint venture plants as well as our plants in Canada and
United States. The WCE Group includes a joint venture plant
in China (BEMP) and Canadian factories located in Vancouver
and Winnipeg and a Sales Office in Calgary and a U.S. factory
located in Ferndale, WA.

Group offers a complete range of steel and aluminum poles
for every conceivable application. WCEG is ISO 9001:2000, CSA and CWB certified and is proud to
present our products and services internationally.
FOUNDRY
The WCE Group aluminum foundry
was established in 1996 by acquisition of Sidney Foundry
Products. We continue to add to our product line in response
to growing market demand for decorative concepts in lighting.
Our cast aluminum poles are capable of creating a total
look of timeless beauty, nostalgic mood, and a feeling of
harmony and pride in our living environment. The Foundry
is capable of melting 1000 pounds of aluminum per shift.
Our patterns are developed from historical, famous designs
ranging from simple elegance to Victorian opulence. The
quality of our cast aluminum products is instrumental to
our marketing plan and each piece produced is subjected
to careful scrutiny. They are designed to stand the test
of time for quality and aesthetics alike. All custom products
can be identified with the name of the City, street or any
other label desired by the customer.
